Mark D’Alelio has over 22+ years of experience in ASEAN. He specializes in general corporate and commercial practices, including advising on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, labor law and local regional compliance requirements, real estate guidance for developers and hospitality providers, and his experience in the energy, power, and project financing sectors. Mark has extensive experience handling cross-border transactions in the ASEAN region, including advising and representing major companies and business groups from Singapore, China, and Thailand with foreign direct investment into Myanmar. Mark is a recognized lawyer in Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
Mark is a member of the Bar in New York and Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Sasathorn Dharakasem graduated from Thammasat University with an LL.B. She was a legal officer associate with a large accountant/audit firm before making the bold decision to embrace the challenge of following a completely different career path as a cabin crew in the airline industry.
Sasa previously specialized on Foreign Director Investment, immigration, and general corporate matters. She joins Legal ASEAN as an associate, to help the firm on corporate, commercial and immigration matters.

Teerapun Jiamton is a Thai qualified lawyer and graduated from Thammasat University with LL.B. He has an extensive experience on wide range of litigation with seven (7) plus years of experience in private practice, secondments, and inhouse roles.
Teerapun’s expertise focus on corporate and commercial, labor, insurance, real estate, and criminal offenses.

Tanaporn Raksat (Nan) received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Assumption University’s Faculty of Business Administration. Nan has three years of experience in the hospitality sector, learning how to be multi-faceted and a skilled administrative coordinator.
She enjoys assuming new responsibilities and developing good relationships with both clients and employees.

Miranda Payungwattana is an associate at Legal ASEAN, where she focuses on corporate and commercial law. She earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Thammasat University, during which she actively participated in both academic and non-academic activities, as well as received awards in moot court competitions and negotiation competition.

Sireethorn Ruksachart is a junior legal associate who graduated from the International LL.B. Program in Business Law at Thammasat University. Prior to Legal ASEAN, she has experiences in litigation and corporate field in legal firms, including one of Big Four. Responsibilities are her utmost importance.
