The firm was originally established as a sole proprietorship in 2011, and then corporatized into a Thai limited company under the treaty of amity in 2018, having its principal offices head quartered in Bangkok, Thailand. The firm has grown in size since its initial inception to being a boutique law firm having many talented Thai and foreign legal professionals. The firm while being foreign owned does not focus purely on foreign investment into Thailand but also provides legal assistance to many domestic Thai companies that conduct business on a global scale.
